"Don't go for an over-complicated product that tries to be suitable for everyone's needs, instead go for CashManager - a simple to use cashbook type program suitable for most small businesses." One thing I have noticed with great pleasure using iMac is that I can click and drag any report from Accomplish CashManager from its directory (or wherever I have stored it) into the iMac environment and manipulate it with much more ease than Windows gives. In other words, I have the best of all worlds. Gail Riddell CA (CPP) Date: 07/07/08 The CashManager system is so user friendly - I am a bit computer illiterate so I need an easy system. CashManager is so easy to understand and it was so easy to learn. I come from an administration background but was never really trained in accounting or accounting computer systems, I had no trouble whatsoever with learning the CashManager system. We use it for all 6 of our companies and it means we can all help each other out. The other fantastic part of using CashManager is the Support staff. If I have ever run into any problems (which doesn't happen a lot) I just give the customer service line and they help me out. The best part about speaking with the Support staff is that they don't make me feel like an idiot. They talk me through the problem, and explain each step and have always helped me out of my jam. I am an Accountant and I have been utilising this program to take care of all my record keeping throughout the years. I have worked with other software programs but to date I have not found one that matches CashManager in its user friendliness, easiness of use or it's many helpful features. I have recommended CashManager to other Accountants and within my Practice, about 70 of my clients are using CashManager in their business for their record keeping. The user does not have to worry about GST and filling out the BAS. It is all set up in the initial install and CashManager prints your BAS every month or quarter with all the correct amounts. It also warns you if you have made an incorrect GST entry. Some of the functions of CashManager are extremely helpful for anyone entering their own data for record keeping. You can report by account, so that you can see your expenses in their own category, how much you are spending or what part of your business is generating your income. You can search by name and find out when you received a payment from your customers or when you made a payment to a certain creditor. You can graph your income and/or expenses individually or in total and all of this done with one click of your mouse. Accomplish have been absolutely brilliant when I have had to call them for any support query, my problem has been fixed almost instantaneously. This is a huge plus for anyone in business who wants to get on with the running of their business instead of being bogged down in their paperwork. CashManager is a simple, yet very effective computerised cashbook system. It can be used by anyone who knows how to operate a mouse with a computer and how to write a cheque. You only need about 1 hour training in the various features and anyone can begin to enter transactions into the program as well as print various reports. My clients, who have been using CashManger, understand their businesses in more detail and they do not have to wait until I, their Accountant, have completed their financial reports before they can see how their business is travelling or what is their cash flow. I would recommend CashManger to any Accountant, to any of their clients, or to any businesses that wish to make their record keeping easier and less time consuming.
